Thank you for shopping with Go Green Jute  We truly value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


Eligibility for Returns
  • Customers may request a return within 7  days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related items

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Order ID and invoice

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within [5–10] working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or design issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.


Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by Go Green Jute

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
