Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products
Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related items
Sale, clearance, or discounted products
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Order ID and invoice
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within [5–10] working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size or design issues, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Return Shipping Policy
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be covered by Go Green Jute
If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
